I recently bought a '99 scrambler 400 4x4. I was looking at different pipes I could put on it and am not sure which one to buy. I have had a few suggestions on the ritter and hotseat pipes. fmf was also suggested if I wanted to spend the money. Any suggestions?

Don't overlook HPD. I've had experiences with a couple different aftermarket pipes, and stuck with HPD for more than one reason.

You will also need to change your clutch if you install a new pipe or you will not get the increased power to the wheels.

He's right. You should've got a quad with no reverse, and not enough power to get out of its own way.

were buddies, i was just messing with him. besides, lets compare power to weight ratios. i bet a geo metro has more power than a sport 400. there is more to it then power big shooter. and when has a 400ex ever gotten in its own way? my trailblazer does that sometimes. lol

Quadmaster, I would have to agree with you on this one. We have equal size engines but the scrambler is a 2-stroke. Why would someone want a 4-stroke on a sport machine. They obviously are not as fast even though they have more power.
This guy comming in here ripping on Polaris when his "Honda" can only race blasters. Sorry Jeff (RideRed), you are proven wrong by the facts

honda owners, just messing with my buddy, so dont get mad.
