I just read the article by Bill Sutton re the situation happening in the US re "unroads". I this really happening ??

Here in Newfoundland, Canada the govt has decommissioned some old logging roads (basically filling in the road and planting trees). Some law passed about 3 yrs ago gives them the right to "take back" one km of woods road for every new km of highway put in place - or something like that. A real pain and I don't know if there is much we can do about it.

If this happens south of the 49, it seems a lot of you guys may be reduced to riding in your backyard.
