We are going to an ATV pull this coming weekend. The ATV of choice is the Polaris Xplorer, as it has beaten Sportsman 500 HO's and Grizzleys. It has a K&N filter, Boyesen Pro Reeds, and RCR Green spring.
Is there anything we can do to get a few extra ponies to give us a clear advantage at the pull? We have to run stock pipes. We plan on removing the foam prefilters to allow more air flow. Does pulling out the plug in the end of the silencer help any? Thanks-we will post the good results of the pull.

adamnieman, what does your plug look like ? I have a Boyseen rad valve with pro reeds, K&N and an EPI clutch kit. Polaris's are jetted fat and your reeds increase this you can grab a few ponys by jetting down. I run a 190 main in the summer on my 2000.
