My girlfriend has a Trailblazer and it's a great quad. Very reliable. We bought it for $2995 brand new. Also, later if you need more power the aftermarket is starting to make some stuff for the 'Blazer.

Trail,
I've had mine for over a year now and its seen all types of weather and terrain. No problems with it at all. Very good buy and like Andrew said, the aftermarket companies are starting to come out with more stuff to hop it up.

I would say a good guess for top speed would be 55-60 mph. I don,t know for sure but My Trailblazer seems pretty fast and it is an excellent quad very fun to ride fast and jump too. It would be a great buy for you and can be made even better with the aftermarket part.

I bought a '99 Trail Boss in March(2 stroke) and I loved it, my wife decided she would like to ride also so I bought her a Trail Blazer. That didn't last long now I ride the T-Blazer all of the time. It's an excellent choice.I've also ridden a friends 2000 Trail Boss, but I like the 2 stroke much better.

The Yamaha Blaster is also another good choice, but I'd prefer the Trail Blazer.

Where are you from? There is a new ATV Mag here in Canada that just did a article on budget ATVs that would probably interest you.

Good choice. Both Polaris 250s are good machines. I have a Trail Boss 250 1993 and it has been bullet proof. Spark plug and air filter is the only item on the machine that has been replced (Except the tires).

The tow stroke motor is the way to go! I forgot the the new Trail Boss is a 4-Stroke. Trail Blazer is the bike for you. The Trail Blazer has more suspension travel which is also nice.

Glenn,
A blaster is to small for me,chassis wise.My friend has a 94 blaster i dont feel comfortable on it at all.He also has a 00' scrambler 500 and i love that machine.I figure that the trailblazer will be about the same in comfort.I live in central IOWA.(and no i am not a hick.)
