Bayou bushing probs

I have an '86 Bayou 300, that im totally rebuilding. I need some help; I cant get the front a-arm bushings out, i want to know if there is some special procedure for getting them out, i have been knocking on the bolts but they just wont move. Any help is greatly appreciated

Do you have a bracket on each side of the A-arm where it connects to the frame that the bolts run through?

A bayou 300 isnt a POLARIS!
