Was just in dustys post about the winch for xmas. Rangerchet was talking about good deed his dealer done for him.I'd like to hear some more positive stories of what a dealer has done or gone out of his way to help you.Hey it's that time of year lets hear some good feed back, seems we are always quick to complain.Tell wher he is at so if someone in area is looking for good one they can give them ashot. Not only polaris but the rest of them.

New Braunfels Cycle Country (Polaris/Yamaha/Suzuki/E-Ton) in Texas has been great to us. They have just been really friendly, made good deals on stuff, and even given us a few things. I think the difference is that they ride ATV's on the weekends, race dirtbikes at the tracks during the week, and use motorcycles as their trasportation and recreation a lot of the time. They aren't just business men.
I haven't really done much with them, but I also really like Marshal Allseasons Polaris, and Mid County Cycle (Nederland).

Bootheel Buggies in Dexter Mo. has been an excellent dealer. They bent over backwards to find my Trail Blazer when they seemed to be pretty scarce in my area.Plus they don't just sell'em they ride to.

My dealer has been the best. when my scrambler had a problem. the problem was when it was put together the pinen arm was put on backwards. they said if they could not get it fixed they would give me a new quad that was the same as mine with the pipe clutch and stuff. But they fixed it in a day and they changed all the fludis and gave me a kn filter cleaner thing for free. they have been the greatest to me i would would never buy another quad anywhere else

My Dealer has a reputation for being really good not just to me but to a lot of customers. They are Marshalls Marine in Lake City S.C. They have done me quiet a few favors through the years. Esspecially with the 425 Magnum I had which I damaged the front end on when I hit a tree. They went beyond the call of duty to fix it. It was over a month out of warranty and they fixed it with no charge to me.

My dealer is one of the main reasons I am going back. I have had my bike in only twice(Honda 300 4x4, 1997). Once for brake repair and once for brake repair (I thought) and adjustment was all they did. They could have done a brake job and told me it was necessary, and I would have never known. Instead of taking it in and leaving it for a week, they told me a specific day to bring it first thing in the morning and I got it back the same day. They offered to deliver it to me when it was ready, it I could not come get it. When I go in for an oil filter or anything else, they always speak and acknowlege me. I had a Mercedes dealer who would kiss your rearend if you were shopping, but did not provide anything resembling service and would only briefly make eye contact with you (not even speak)when you went in. I sold the car and will never buy another. I will buy a Rubicon.
