well down here in PA, we are finally getting some snow, nothing to brag about, but its some, infact we have like 5 inches in the higher elevations. anyways, i just had to try my new magnum 325 4x4 with the moose country plow,and it is great, i love it, the only thing that scares me is that when i am plowing,and i am in low range of course the fan comes on, and i don't think i am working that hard, am i? but other than that i love the machine.

 

Check your oil level, it might be low. My fan on my 325 4x4 comes on when I'm pulling a small trailer around the yard. But, I changed the oil after the break-in period and haven't had it come on since. I used the Polaris synthetic oil and installed a K&N filter.

By the way, how do you like your quad? I think that they are a little heavy for the size, but other than that, they are a beast. I road with my buddy who has a TRX300 4x4 and he was suprised how nice mine road. from a starting line, i could get a good jump on him, but after about 30 mph, he would catch up. But he never passed me. The only thing that I wish I had was the Speedo with the hour and odometer meter on it, just to know when to do proper maintenace.

Mag 325,be very careful with that KN air filter.The dealership tried to pawn some of my engine problems off on my KN filter,but I did'nt let them.I just thought I'd let you know.====BILL

I'm sorry to hear that you had engine problems. What kind of problems did you have, and what was to done to fix them?

Worst case, I'll put the original filter back on if it needs to go into the shop. BTW, I bought the extended warranty, I hope I don't have to use it.
