TRAIL BLAZER OWNERS PLEASE HELP

I have a Trail Boss(same as old Trail Blazers) and when i floor it it takes a while then it goes.It is a lot of lag,also i have no play in my throttle.can ne one tell me how to get rid of this poor response?

I would say you have some carb problems. My aunt has two blazers and they never cleaned the filters or housings. They had to rebuild the carbs and add new filters. The quads run fine now. You should have some play in your throttle cable, but not to much. I would go buy a repair manual for the quad, I have one,it tells how to adjust the cable.

i recently had a Polaris Trailblazer and I noticed if you go through a lot of mud there is some way mud will get into the carb. I went through a 3 foot mudhole and that was what happened it really slowed it down.
