bogging down on pull out?

my 99 explorer has started to bogg down now on takeoff like the roofer said his was doing.i took it apart to see what it was and could find nothing wrong.my dealer sold me some stuff like new belt/primary and secondary springs/and the 3 buttons in the secondary clutch.all of these parts and no help.what should i do now before i buy the whole clutch new?also the buttons on the primary looked as if there was no wear.i need some help bad.

Does it seem to be engine related ( bogging, low power, etc. ) or power train related ( Engine RPM comes up quickly, but no quad movement ) ? High range and low range, or one range only ?
Have you checked, cleaned or changed the filters ( air is the big one to look at ) ? Any recent modifications or changes made ?

you've probably already tried this, but i would change the plug ,check the air filter, and even try loosening the gas cap {maybe a clogged vent causeing vapor lock}. I know sometimes it is easy to overlook the simple stuff when the problem seems so severe. hope you have an easy fix.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
