Brake problems!!! Hanging up.

The adjustment did not seem to work. It loosened up a little bit but still is hanging up. I installed the old pads and things are OK. I think the caliper needs to be rebuilt. I had this happen on a car years ago and a caliper rebuild fixed things.

I have the old calipers that have a black **** with a 7/16 jab nut on the outside of the caliper. I did replace the fronts which improved braking. I am going to have to run this set up for a little while until I can get a little x-tra $$.

I ride in a sandy river in knee deep water for the last four years so the fine grit sand and water probably has the caliper caked. Still, for a 7 year old machine, that is not bad.
