i have a couple questions.
1. how do i go about buying new paint for my plastics and what is the best kind.

2. where can i find nylon-straped nerf bars for my 99 400 sport, and how much will they run me.

3. what can i do to get more bottom-end power, i already got a wiseco piston, bore over and dg pipe and silencer.

1. i would not try to paint the plastic way to hard buy new from polaris i think you can get it for around $300

2.hot seat performance has the nerf bars you are looking for.i think they go for about 189 a set.

3. try adding a clucth kit.also the billet head from hpd will give you some more power too.

 

Painting your plastic is a waste, Your first trail ride will most likley scratch most of it off, Polaris sells red, yellow, silver, purple and black kits for around $250, as far as power try HPD's trail pipe, You'll get a lot better response for it than the DG, After that a full clutch kit and a V-force reed cage will really wake your bike up [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
