I was thinking about buying this kit from hot seat, it comes with a stage 2 pipe, silencer, and a clutch kit.
Now i was wondering if anybody has this kit and if they did do you think it's worth the $500, and if not you could give me other information concerning other kits

i've already tried the hot seat stuff, you're talking about the gen 2 pipe right?add 10 hp to 6500,great pipe with a lot torque, but not quick enough to compare to hpd or rcr,if you buy hot seat stuff don't get the 42mm carb, get the tmx 38,cauze the 42 isn't reliable at all on this engine, this carb is for the sportsman and scrambler 4 stroke.
their silencer have a very cool sound and fit and finish is good.
as for their clutch kit,the one they sell with the pipe isn't aggressive enough, depending what type of riding you like,
if you still want more their porting job are good.now i run hpd stuff only and let me tell you,it's better...

i was also thinking about the aggressive clutch kit, the mt muffler, and the trail mod pipe all from hpd. It would run me a little more money but i really don't know the facts on either of the companie's products, thanks for the help

I have the Hoteat kit you mentioned and I'm realy happy with it.
For $500 the gains in power and tranny performance were very impressive. I went through the same decision of weather to get the HPD or Hot Seat kits. The HPD cost more but might give a little better power.
All I know fore sure is that my Scrambler now hauls *** and it didn't loose any trail manners. I ride a lot in the woods and on steep climbs up loose rocky hills the last thing i needed was a light-switch motor that would flip me over backwards when I only wanted something less than full throttle.
Either way you would drastically boost performance.
LOVE THOSE CHEEP 2 STROKE POWER GAINS!!!!!
LONG LIVE KING 2 STROKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
