The 700 sp will be at the dealers in Sep. My dealer is getting 2 in Sep. 1 in Oct @ Nov and 2 in Dec. The first 1500 out will get a plaque for the number machine they have. It will be a inline twin, gen v heavy duty chassis and will way about 740lbs. The need for the chassis to be heavy duty is because of extra torque and Hp. Having all that extra under a flimsy chassis, the 700sp would destroy itself. Wait and see how the Kawi. 650 and Yam. 660 hold up. It will be winch ready for the price of $7400.
The 500H.O.X will be sonic blue, have a factory installed Polaris multi-mount winch system with a Warn 2500lb winch.
25" goodyear rawhide grip tires
Yellow front tow hooks
Chrome plated steel rims.
Yellow suspension components
speacial two-tone seat
$7800

I'd like to make a bunch of comments on the issue of the sp700. First, if the grizz 660 and prairie 650 and sp700 are all in the 43-44 hp range, then why are so many people saying that the sp700 will be quickest even though it will weigh 140lbs more???
Second, I can't believe some people think that the 650 and 660 won't hold up in the long run because their supporting chassis's aren't strong enough. That is rediculous. Think about it, the power to weight ratio is still much less than 250r's, quadzilla's, lt's, etc. The motors in those bikes don't cause the chassis's to self destruct.
Thirdly, I'd like to say that I really do think that there will be a new polaris. Probably even a 700. But why don't all these people who are making claims of a sp700 just say how they know their info??? I think a lot more people will believe them that there really is a sp700.
Just some things I wanted to get off my chest.
