OK - its a suspension problem...bwaaahahaha
I need more weight capacity on my 2K1 500HORSE. Yes I put to much stuff in the trunk and yes the rear additional rack has to much weight on it and yes the wife rides with me and yes I have adjusted the wimpy spring cams on the rear.

I would like to find some adjustable air shocks or at least some better springs.

Ideas?

Thanks

My Polaris manual only goes to 2K but I'm quite sure they are the same as the 2K1. The standard spring is part#7041453-067 rated at 100 lb./in, the firm (optional) spring is part#7041519-067 and is rated at 140 lb./in. Polaris’s price on springs is quite reasonable so shouldn't cost too much.
Hope this helps.
