I was riding my friends 2000 Scrambler 500 4x4 the other day and i noticed somethin with the front differential. I was goin slow and all of a sudden the right hub like locked up or something... and then i tried to turn and it was a bitch to turn. Then i was doing a wheelie on the road with it and i had a awesome one going and then all of a sudden it felt like the front end just went in and out of 4wd for a split second and it make like a clunk or something.. What do you guys thing is wrong with it ? Low on fluid or something ?

Recondude,

I would change the oil in the front hubs. Many posts here recommend using Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF. The procedure is simple, you don't even take the wheel off. Just jack it up, remove the plug with a hex key, and turn the wheel until all the fluid comes out. Turn the wheel back up, fill it up gently, and remove it.

To finally fill it, gently fill it up and turn until the plug is around 9-8 o'clock. When the fluid stops running out, put the plug back in. Do this to both sides.
