I put the RCR Stage 1 kit on my 400 Scrambler and it's great! I don't know if it is as good on the TrailBoss, but I would imagine you would get a noticable change in performance. It was very easy to install and Rick Ritter's customer service is top notch. I don't think you'd be disappointed. Good luck.

I have a 2000 325 Trailboss with these mods

K&N jet kit with filter
RCR air box modification
Green Primary spring from RCR

I put the spring in last so I could see if there was an improvement. There was slight increase in top speed and seemed to have a little more grunt on take off. The spring is what really helps it out. I would recomend it for the money spent. Every little bit helps out.

My next goal is to buy a exhaust kit for it from Hot Seat.

If anyone has one let me know how it worked out.

I have it on my Scrambler and it works great, two thumbs up!! I am thinking of trying a FMF Silencer, the RCR seems loud.
