I worked this past weekend for ATVAM at Haydays which is a snowmobile event. We hauled sleds out on trailers for the people that bought one. I used my 01 500Cat all weekend. On Sunday afternoon we had to return the HO's and the Ranger back to the polaris hut. I rode a 500HO back. Wow it was a awsome ride, there where smaller bumbs that I have hit all weekend with my cat, but when I hit them with the SP500 I couldnt even feal them. Also the speed of the HO is great. But after riding the Cat for 80 miles that weekend which isnt much to compare to. Im going to get an HO. I would get one now but Im going to buy a sled first. I know I only drove the thing for 10mins or so but, I wish dealerships would let you test drive ATV's before you buy one becasue if I had a chance to drive the HO when I was looking for an ATV last spring, I would have bought one.

You had better try a new dealership then because all the dealerships that I know of let you test ride the ATV's. I don't plan on buying another ATV for a while, but when I do, I'll be test riding, or I'll be walking out the door.

 

I was seriusly looking at a Kodiac (Yamaha) but the dealer would harly let me sit on one much less ride one. I then rode an HO and bought one. Dealers loose sales by not letting folks test ride the machines.
