As requested in my last thread to keep the forem posted on the installation of the HPD Ugly Duckling muffler and pipe. Athough you have to remove all the plastics to install a new jet, pipe and muffler I found the project to be fairly easy just time consuming. I was worried about the clutch kit installation and surprisingly it was the easiest modification. I would recommend this system to anybody as I feel it was money well spent. Now when I nail it off the line I have to almost sit on the gas tank to keep it from coming over and at low speeds on hard pack it will easily pull the front wheels. The top end also has improved.

I paid around $440.00 for the pipe, muffler, jet and clutch kit and about
$40.00 for the K&N filter. HPD has a web site the address is:
www.hpd-inc.com, they give thier phone number on thier site and you can call them and they will tell you what you need.
