I have 2 sons and 1 Yahama Badger and a constent fight over who's going to ride it. Our local paper has 2 sp90's in it for sale for $1750 each. I really havn't heard much good or bad about them and was wondering what the pros/cons are? I realize their 2 stroke, auto's, but do they hold up well? And things like that.

I have three sons and one SP90. It works out ok, though, because only one is really old enough to ride it often.

Personally, I think it's a fantastic little machine. I am amazed at the places my son is able to take it. Because of it's size and "nimbleness" he has no problem taking it places I have to horse my 400 Cat through. All in all I've been very pleased with the sp90's performance.

The only problem you might have is who is going to get stuck with the Badger. They're cute little machines, but the front suspension on those is a joke. The sp90 has independant front suspension and is a much better choice.

Pictures of my boys on this little machine can be seen here. They show some of this machines capabilities.

We have had no trouble with ours. Easy to ride and maintain.

My neighbor has a scrambler 90 for his 11 year old boy, something is always wrong with it. Broke the swing arm once. Anyway his boy rode my kids badger last week-end and said he liked the badger better. I don't know what to make of that as i feel my kids badger is a inferior quad but totaly reliable. If i had to do it over again i would probably get a suzuki lt80. I think i would check with some service depts. to see how much trouble they have with them, not just polaris. I know that you can tear up anything. Kids quads cost way to much money for the product recieved.
