Loosen the eccentric bolts on the axle housing and the bolts for the caliper mount(on the under side of the axle.) After that's all loose, I like to use a giant pair of channel locks to rotate the axle housing (forward is tight, rearward is loosen.) After it's adjusted to the proper deflection, tighten everything back up and RIDE!!!

After you have the two bolts loose that hold the axle bearing housing in place, you have 2 choices. You can rotate the housing like Offrder15 said, or you can put a pin (I have used a screwdriver) through the sprocket and line it up with a hole in the swingarm and then roll the quad. This is essentially another way to rotate the housing.
