Ok guys..go easy on me, I'm new to this forum.

Anyhow here's my problem. I have a 99 Sportsman 335 and really like it. My main complaint is that it runs really hot (well duhh..it's air cooled). Do you guys know if any way that I can rewire the fan to kick on when the ignition is turned on?

When riding up in the Mountains...of coure it is slow riding and I am afraid of over heating my ATV.

One other question. The other day when I was working on it, I noticed a drop of oil on the front upper right hand side of the engine (right where the Exhaust screws into the front of the engine). Is there any history of these things developing oil leaks i.e. bad gaskets or anything at the engine?

Thanks for the help

Kev

The oil is probably the tappet cover leaking.

Any idea how I can get that Tappet Cover to stop leaking?

Thanks

Kev
