You guys in Michigan have lots of nice ladies in the dunes!!! On our trip to Silver Lake,there was a very attractive (being Politically correct here) lady raging on a stretched Banshee. Went over to get some pics....had to ask her husband. They were both super nice. Off the quad she was very quiet and polite...kinda like the Taz switched on when the quad did.

I've been fortunate to be able to go up to Silver Lake most of my life but have only rode the Mac Woods(and the former Bill's)dune rides and not the riding area. When Val-Du-Lakes was promoting more concerts(got to see Stevie Ray Vaughn there)that place was a madhouse. Now it's settled down(I'm sure partly from the voucher system)to being just the good natured local folks that have always been there. You can drive in any direction from that location and see some of the most beautiful country in W. Michigan.

Michimaniac, Now I know why everyone raves about the dunes. Can't wait to return to Silver Lake....Love to hit Glammis, or Pizmo. To wet your appetite, I guess some of my Silver Lake pics will be in either the Jan. or Feb. issue of ATV Sport. Like I said, the people were VERY nice, even when I interrupted their day for a Kodak moment. Great place, and great people!!!!!!
