i need to know how much a rear shock rebuild cost because i need that to, and how much does a complete tune up cost (- the oil change) you know, they adjust the chains, grease up everything (maybe there are a few zerks i cant find) torque all the bolths, check seals, ect. ect. and whats the best scratch filler/cleaner/protectants for my plastic?

It's usually 100.00 + Parts for the service, the shock I have no Idea.......

The shock rebuild is between a $100 and $200 depending on what needs to be replaced. If its just oil and seals then it is around $75. I have heard that you can send your FOX rear shock to a PEP dealer and they will revalve it for your weight and riding style.
