Top speed of Scrambler 400- 54mph? sounds fishy**

Well this is just another case of Honda paying off the magazines, I mean think about it, Polaris machines are simply better than the rest, they should be in a class all of there own. Everytime Honda comes out with something new the magazines always rave over it EVEN before they test the machines, I believe they are being paid off to promote Hondas, I know for a fact that this happens in the automotive industry, and people got tired of it and thats were consumer reports came in. At one time consumer reports did great job testing products. (I dont know if they are even around now) They made a lot of manufactures mad because of poor ratings because they told the truth. I personaly own a 1995 scrambler(4X4) 400 that will run 63mph by the speedometer in my truck, and this bike has been rode on a regular basis since new. Now how can they come up with 54mph? Also look at the article on the new 700 the magazine said that Polaris is using a out dated design of engine but what do you know its the same as the Honda! I have been ridding ATV's since 1985 and have had all brands, the group I ride with had all swapped to Polaris machines and I still had my 2001 Yamaha grizzly (I also had the scrambler) that I rode most of the time but after ridding there sportsmans I decided to sell the Griz and take a 3000.00 loss just to get my hands on a sportsman (the absolute best ridding machine to this day). And talk about out dated look at the drum breaks Honda still uses.
