get a weisco, they are very strong, and if you get a bigger size, you get more power,

kukerdan,
Thx for the advice.
Do you think a Wiseco .40 or .60.
I am trying to achieve more power through out my range...

Don't change your piston unless you need to. Whenever you change your piston to an oversize piston, without needing it, you are wasting a bore! If you change the carb, you will get a greater gain than the oversize piston. I used to have a 1999 TB and didn't change the piston until it was needed. I, in no way, regreted it. With the mods that I had it would run pretty close to a stock 400 Sport. Wiseco(+.040), 38mm carb, HPD pipe and silencer, 13t front sprocket, 34t rear sprocket, milled head(.053), HPD clutch kit, port and polish, oil injector block-off, removed air box, clamp-on K&N filter.

You must not understand how a bore works. Don't worry, I just learned. When your piston wears against the cylinder, in makes It wear unevenly. When you put a new piston in that is round, and your cylinder is uneven because of the old piston wear, you bore it one size (.20) so It is even with the new piston. You can only get a .60 over piston if your cylinder is .60 over. If you bore it up to .80, after that you have to get a new cylinder, and start all over again. Don't waste a bore job. If your trailblazer is a year old or les, I'd get a Stock scrambler carb for more power, or a 35pwk, and just ad in a little oil to the gas along with the oil injector. Then Get the piston, but If your quad is a year old or less, The piston will be perfectly fine.
