Which do you use to fix a flat? I got pretty nasty thorn in my tire and have never used the slime before. And am not sure if the plug would get pulled out by rocks and such.

If it were me i would plug the hole then get enough Slime or sealant like it(not fix a flat)to put in all the tires i do this and i dont have trouble with flats. The sealant really works.

Slime doesn't work very well in tube-type tires, which is probably why it didn't do too good in your dirtbike. Also, it is at it's best holding low pressures (under 20 psi or so).
That said, I would plug the hole you know is there, and then add slime. It may not seal all your leaks 100%, but it always got me home, turned a flat into just a 'slow leaker' & whatever the slime doesn't patch, I put a plug into. I currently have about 6 or 8 plugs in one rear tire, and never had to walk home because of a flat yet

Fix a flat will also dissolve the glue on a patch or plug inside the tire. Its good in a pinch but needs to be washed out after you get back home. Stick with the slime.

I found slime at my local Walmart store for I believe $14 or $15. This was for 2 32oz. bottles. At 16oz. per tire this would do all 4 tires. I don't remember the brand name. It was in the sporting goods department along with some other ATV stuff.
