my electrical system is really Pissin¿ me off....... read this

ok, i go to start her up this morning with the rear tires off(having dirt devils put on) and i turn on the key, no neutral indicator lights come on, i mess witht he shifter andf htey key, and then the reverse light gets stuck on, i mess around some more and finally get it where i want, then i press the starter button, nothing but a click, i then noticed my throttle was a little loose, i pumped it a few times it tightened up but has a 1/4 inch of play, it took 5 minutes of the pull start and chocke then it started up, smokeked like a biatch, and i hit the throttle let off, and then it backfired, i started it up again and it idled fine and sounded fine, no excess smoke, the wrires to the battery have some mud on them, and it was about 18 degrees this morning, the day before i also chopeed off my old lights, waiting to put on the new ones, ANY INFO OR INPUT AT ALL WOULD BE GREATLY APPREACHIATED, YOU GUYS HAVE HELPED ME ALOT IN THE PAST, AND I KNOW YOULL HELP ME AGAIN,.,. PLEASE

well i dont know about yours but i just started mine bout an hour ago it is about 15 out it turned over 3 4 times started killed and then the battery wouldnt turn it over had to pull start it then as i was pulling the dam thing kicked back ripped the rope out of my hand and whipped me in the leg (hurt like a bitch) anyways 6 7 pulls later it started ran fine but the biggest problem ive had is about 2 weeks ago i was wheelin (in water and mud) and all at once every bulb blew headlight,taillight,4x4 light,lower headlights, nuetral light about 65 bucks later i replaced them all and there fine i ran a voltage check to make sure the voltage regulator wasnt wacked and it was fine ran it alot since then and there fine GO FIGURE
