Where am I going to be able to find some shockwears to fit my 00 scrambler 400. I figure that the front would not be a problem, but the rear changed drastically from last year.

Any ideas?

I'll tell you what I did, but your going to laugh at me. Ok, I got a sewing machine for my wife a couple of years ago, it was about 400 bucks, so I figured I'd have to try and get my money out of it. I took masking tape and taped up the whole shock with a couple of layers. I then cut it off the shock with a vertical line. Then peeled it back and I had a perfect fitting pattern. Took that and out of some water proof nylon material, made it on the machine. Turned out great. Good luck with yours.

Actually, if you noticed, most of these companies want $33 for a front pair, and $11 for a single rear. At least that is Hotseat's asking price. I ordered all three. When they got here, the two front ones were way too small. I then noticed that the rear on fit the front shocks with some to boot. I sent the front pair back, exchanged for two more rear ones, and got $11 refund. I'm sure the rears for a 99 Sport would fit your bike.

 

Go to the Outerwears web site they make shockwears an have the correct part numbers on there page for 2000 2x4 & 4x4, I saw them the other day,I plan on ordering them for my 00 2x4 tomorrow! Good luck Todd
