I've seen the speed kit from Hot Seat Performance and it looks like a good set up. Anyone seen any others for the HO? I'm looking for more low end grunt and some mid range.

I have the HSP kit. You will notice a small gain in the low/mid before the clutch kit. Its also loud and has a poor fit for the price. My header/pipe was installed by HSP btw. The clutch kit they sent cost me 2-3 mph and has a very aggresive engagment.

Hey shaggy or anyone else with them I am thinking of getting the HD front springs for my HO. How much to they effect the ride? Do they help keep the front end up? Between the winch and the plow I squat it pretty good. Any help would be great. Also qould be open to after market solutions. Thanks

I have the HD springs on the front of my HO. I don't notice anything about the ride except that I do not bottom out as often. The winch and the front bumper caused a noticeable sag in the front. I can really tell a difference in the front axle angle when it is sitting next to my buddy's HO. He has the winch on the front, but original springs. His squats more.

Polaris part number for the HD front springs is 7041450-067. Last price I had was $24.75 retail each but that price is at least 6 months old.

I changed mine myself. I printed someone's instructions from one of these forums. It may have been ChopperBill, but I can't remember for sure. I did not even need any special tools to do it. It's really not that hard to do. This is a topic that has been heavily discussed here. You probably can get some more info by searcing the polaris forum also. The price I paid for mine was 24.95 about 3 months ago.
