TMBWN please don't be insulted by my reply, but it just caught me the wrong way. Your dealer should have shown you maint. schedule in the back of the manual. and even sold you a filter/oil for the first change of break-in. Do the basics and your ride will last a long time. Robb

If you have second thoughts about something you said, you can always go back and edit it.

We *used* to be able to delete duplicates... but looks like we can't on the new system.

Tim, I’ve been wondering about that too. Have you tried the little trash can over on the right? I know it says for administrator or moderator but it might work for the author. Don’t know, haven’t had the need to delete yet.

Book or no Book, my first oil change is at 350 miles and every 500 thereafter, unless I think there’s the possibility of water contamination. Where we ride it happens.

Thanx Prospector. I should have looked at the setup a little closer and I would have seen that. I hope I didn't offend anyone. SORRY
