ok i hope the title of this message did not mis lead you too bad but i cannot get any scrambler owners to answer my question and the question is what will a scrambler 400 or 500 keep up with in a drag race start to finish no mods just stock i realize that they are almost identical in speed stock so in stock form drag race can it kkep up with a warrier 350 300ex, 400 ex blaster, wolverine etc and i am not just interested in top end but how you get their 1st,2nd,3rd, etc cause where we would run it against these machines it would be 150 yards then a turn 100 yds then a turn then 200 yards in other words the woods i am not interested in going 100 mph or even 70 for that matter mostly 0-40 or 50 can anyone please answer and i want a 4x4 how does it do in the mud? ok good great etc

thanks a million butch
500sp 2000
blaster 2000

and if the 500scrambler has the ho engine is it much faster than a sportsman 500 ho

i do not think scrambler are junk i just need a response please
i am a polaris fan

Maybe if your spelling/grammar was at least at a 9th Grade level, we could decipher your post and respond to it.

Won't anyone think of the children. And my Scram will do 65 tops. Beats most everything you mentioned there except the 400ex.

to my question if you can help me and for you 2 smart kids i will be happy to fax you my w-2's

butch

p.s. not trying to start a fight but i did not know i was dealing with kids please put your fax # down kids and i will show what a person that did not win the spelling bee makes i did not realize that in order to ride a 4 wheeler that my grammer had to be up to you level i hope you enjoy your tootsie pop

COONEYJR, I'm not sure about unmodified. I have a 95 Scrambler 4x4, and I can beat all that you listed. You can see the modifications to it in the list below. As for in mud, I wouldn't give it up for anything except maybe a Sportsman. I love my ground clearance, and having a TRUE 4-wheel drive system. Really ticked my buddy off when I could go through more crap than what he could with a brand new Rancher ES!!
