Clutch alignment after motor rebuild

Got my motor out to rebuild it and I need to know if I need to align my clutches once everything is back together.

Yup. Buy or borrow a Polaris clutch alignment tool. If your dealer won't loan you theirs, you can get them through HotSeat.com, rockymountain.com, or Aaen.com. The jig is the only way I know of to be for sure it is lined up right.

Snoopy 61,

Yes, you will need to align the clutches any time you take the motor or transmission out of the machine. There is a proper tool for the job, Try checking HPD or HOT SEAT PERFORMANCE.
