If your Looking to shave a few pound.
Replace
Pipe & silencer ( the stock silencer is 9 lbs)
Tires I lost 5 lbs of each front and 6lbs of each rear.
Remove the sprocket guard that gomes on the bike. Its steel and weight 4lbs. add a swing arm skid plate.
Relpacind rear tires and removing the sprocket guard will remove at lest 16lbs of spin weight. (that 16lbs less weight to turn) made my polars sit up and dance.

Harescrambler,
If you are planning any future engine mods, I would try a least the +2.5 stretched Hot Seat swingarm. Still lighter than stock (est 6-8lbs) and it will increase your stability and keep your front down.
just my 2 cents.
