Hi, I have a 2001 500Ho and I have A concern with the coolant level. It seems as though the level in my little jug is always low. I have about 400 miles on the machine and of course the warrenty is over. Ive topped the level off twice now and i see its low again. I dont see anything on the concrete floor in my garage that would indicate a leak while sitting anyhow. Anybody else having this problem?

I to had this problem but I think it was related to the breakin period. After about 30 hours of usage I noticed the resevoir low on coolant, I filled to the proper level and have not had a problem since. I chalked it up to getting out all the air bubbles in the system therefore it pulled fluid from the resevoir. Let it idle for awhile with some white paper towels under it, if there is a leak the coolant will be green.

After a few hours the level will settle and you will no longer need to ad H2O. This was true on all three of our new machines (500HOs).
