i was going up a steep hill atv fliped back on me an busted my head wide open blood was every where
i had 13 stiches put wasnt wering a helment please everyone who has atv please were helment or lern the hard way like me

What type of quad were you on?And did you not take a riders safety training course offered by your dealer?Shame on you.About the only time my head dont see a helmet when im on the quad is when im plowing my own driveway.And im probably wrong for not wearing one than.Im glad you were not hurt more seriously.What happened to the quad?====BILL

 

hey bill im fine my atv handle bars got bent but i ajusted them back im fine thanks for your conserns ill probly never take my helment off again

 

I never ride without mine on.

When i was 6 i had a little 3.5hp Mini bike. I wrecked it on a paved road hit my head off the ground, got a concussion. I learned the hard way.

And yes my parents were making me wear one, but i rode it when no one was home(which was another bad thing that cost me my bike for a good 2 months!)

 

i wear a helmet unless i'm screwing around on my little brother's 70cc honda fourtrax!!!
