Polaris does well at first atv pull.

Just thought I would let you fellow Polaris owners know that we had our first pull of the year today and Polaris' faired pretty well.
A Trail Blazer took first place in the 350cc and down class, no entries in the 300 and down 4-wheel drive, my 400SP took second only to an identical 400SP with alittle better tires, then the 500HO's had a good showing in the 500 and up class but no trophies went out to Polaris as to there being 1-660,2-650's,1-600 that pulled just alittle better but no 700SP's or they surely would have taken the lead here. Just thought I'd let everyone know.

Me and a buddy did some pulling with his Xplorer 400. I pulled in the 350-600 cc 2WD class and he pulled in the heavy 1100 lbs. 4WD class. We both got 2nd...another Xplorer beat us.
WE oupulled a Grizz, Sportsman 500, and many other smaller quads. Good times had by all!
Suprized to hear about the T-Blazer!!

Friendenspull,
i briefly read the 'Rules and Regs'.
regarding tires it says: "10. Tires must be for atv or garden tractor only no "pulling" or "cut" tires."
i'm not sure i know what that means.
can i pull with my 26" Outlaws on my 700 mounted on alloy rims?

The answer is yes. The thing we are trying to stay away from is the people who put solid bar tires designed especially for pulling. These would be like "Dick Cepek" brand. Those tires are designed for trucks and such that are built just for this type of event. You can use any atv tire just don't buy a "pulling" tire. Outlaws are fine. We want the playing field to stay kinda fair so that we don't have one person winning all the time. Hopes this helps you. We will let anyone pull who brings a quad even if it doesn't meet the rules, we'll still let you pull for fun but it won't win a trophy. This last weekend we had a guy who brought his 400 six wheeler. These aren't legal to pull but he pulled it twice just for fun. The best advice I can give anyone is just show up and we'll figure something out for ya. Hope to see ya there.
