I own a 95 400 scrambler. My advise to anyone that ownes a 97 or older 4X4-sell it. The chain drives are crap. Only buy the new shaft drive scramblers. I am looking to buy a new atv. I am trying to decide on a 500 sc. 4x4,Banshee, or what I would really like but am not sure if I could get is the 2X4 scrambler with the 500 four stroke. Any comment please post message.

Don't have one right now, but maybe soon, I would recommend the Scrambler 500 4X4. Heard nothing but good stuff, lots of mods available if your into Ferrari speed.

Mag500 he is referring to the fact that pre-'97 Scramblers had an all chain drive system. Polaris got smart and changed over to shaft drive for the front wheels.
