Just in from the first test results.

.........W/O kit...W/kit........W/o kit..w/kit

Rear of quad-91db....90.........101....101

Side of quad-96db....92.........110....104

Front tire-.....95db....91.........113....104

Measurements were taken with a digital Radio Shack meter (self calibrating) at 20". 45 degree angle at rear readings. For only around $20 you really can't beat the level of noise reduction. I know the DNR's go by the tailpipe alone, but if you ride in sensitive areas, this might keep some attention away from you. Just my 2c
By the way this was a race mod equipped with the ATVRP8N pipe (new style race) and the MTQ "quiet muffler.
