I wasn't thinking and disasembled my left front hub to replace my torn CV boot and I don't know the torque specs for the bearings. I do not want to reasemble it until I know the proper torque and/or procedure. Can someone please help me out?

First, make sure the armature plate (the steel stamping that goes behind the bearings) isn't warped, and be SURE the 3 tabs are in the notches of the hilliard assembly.
Now torque to 100 INCH pounds, while spinning the front wheel (helps seat the bearings), then tighten as necessary to align the cotter pin with the hole in the spindle, not to exceed 130 inch pounds.
