Any idea where to find a parts/service manual for a 97 scrambler 400 4x4? Clymer doesn't show as having one. I looked at a Haynes service manual and it is pretty vague on scramblers.

 

You can check your local dealer for the service manual. I don't know if the on-line parts manuals on Polaris' site go back to 97, but they are free.

ok....I found one at the dealer...$60 bucks. OUCH!!! It is a Polaris Shop manual....

 

You might want to check around at another dealer in your area. My manual for my 200 scram only cost me $32 including tax. All the dealers in my area quoted me the same price. Wouldn't think one would go for $60+ even if it's a older quad than mine. Just a thought.
