325 vibs

thanks for the replies guys. i took a 325 mag out for a test run, after 15 mins of riding my feet almost went to sleep from the vibs in the foot boards. the dealer said that he can change the flyweights to change where the vibs are (hi rpm or low rpm) and remove a motor mount so it won't vibrate as bad.

I have a Magnum 325 2x4, and what I did was raise the idle just a bit, it vibrates a loss less idling (don't raise it too high, or you'll have problems engaging the gearbox). I only notice vibration when riding on tarmac above 35mph or so (in Portugal, we can ride on the road, and the quads must have blinkers and a horn! ). When I ride it off-road, I don't notice much vibration.

Certain serial numbered 325's got the wrong duro hardness of motor mounts and can cause vibration as well as having the 4th mount. Don't know the serial number change, you can ask your dealer or I can look it up Monday.
