ATV link

Look in this link. So far that takes it down to about 450 lbs, without removing the starter or brakelights. I'm also not incluiding spending $230 to save 1 lb on a steering stem.
I plan on getting down to 440 soon! I have only spent a few hundred bucks on this stuff so far so it's no big deal.

My new idea is that the Scrambler 500 4X4 uses a plastic oil tank while the 2X4 uses aluminum. There has to be some weight savings there. I put down 2 lbs. I will look at pricing, but it can't be much more that $35 for a plastic tank.

Let me know if you guys want to add anything. I believe modquad also eliminated the rear brakes, which should save move than 5 lbs. Was it your photos I was looking at on your site modquad?

Mettec.com for some Titanium wheel studs?

If it's good enough for a 757, give it a try.

How much weight can that save?

Do you know what part to ask for?
