I have seen many posts about PJ1 and Maxima chain lube, but where are these products found? Wal Mart, Meijer, Polaris dealer or where? I have been using the stuff from Polaris, but it washes off if I go through a little water and I don't think it should. Besides, it's 5.00/can.

Any suggestions on this?

If you have a good oring chain - bag the lube. It will not penetrate the orings. It will only attract dirt and increase wear.
