I need help pulling the Primary Clutch. I know you can make your own tools. I would like the help. Thanks.

Jw don,t waste your time making tools go buy the clutch puller there not that much money and will probably work better then what you can make plus it is alot faster . this way you are gaurateed to get it of with out damage to you clutch or other components.

do some of the polaris models require a clutch puller? the clutch on my scrambler slides right off without needing a puller.

My secondary clutch slides right off. Mr primary required the tool. I bought mine from Hot Seat Performance. Works great.

Yes as quadman said you do need a puller for the primary clutch but the secondary usually doesen,t need one unless it is frozen on this is a bad thing by the way hope this helps jaime

Thanks for the advice. I found out how to make one. I called the Dealers they said it will take a week to get it in. I may take my quad over and let them pull it off. But Iam going to at least try to makr one. Just installed a Delta Fource reeds and went for a test ride. The chain broke and put a hole in the trans. 99 Scrambler 400 RCR kit soon to have a big bore kit.
