'88 WAS DEFINATELY A GOOD YEAR FOR THE LT. I raced & trail rode 1 that was practicaly pulled out of the box & modified. It was really SUPER-FAST. I can't say which one would win because it's been so long & I only weighed a BUCK O FIVE back then. I had no comp. except the Quadzilla.
But, I have to say, the race would be an easier task on the S400.
Oh, I'll have to see that 93.5 MPH on the home page. I didn't see it yesterday?????

Hurley radar run scrambler 400 4x4 61 mph. Most Polaris sport quads came in at about 61-63mph on a loose gravel road if the radar run was held on asphalt the speed would be about 5 mph faster. BTW Banshees won the event but Polaris quads smoked all other 4x4 and utility quads including the Grizz.

Yeah i want to know what this guy is smoking. 93 mph, well lets think about it a second i dont know for sure how much horsepower scramblers put out stock but i know u can get 60hp mods for them with knew pistons racing cluthes pipes and other mods know how fast would that go 180mph. I dont think so

I'd say that the guy read KILOMETERS per hour not miles per hour. I know a few guys that live by me who are known to do that with their snowmobiles and quads to make them sound faster than they really are, which makes no sense to me because they make themselves look like idiots.
