need help about pricing

hello, i need to replace the bottom end on my trailblazer and i am wondering, how much will it cost me in bearings in seals, and about how much labor time should i be expecting to pay if i got the engine out of the machine and bring it to them that way? well thanks.

What happened to it that is making you replace the lower end guts?

I have a friend who just rebuilt his lower end on his Sport. All new bearings, seals, rebuilt water pump, the whole nine yards. Total of about $500 parts and labor.

well, i just rebuilt my machines top end last week, and something must have gone down to the crank shaft, long story short the bearings are shot and need to be replaced.. were did he order his parts from? thanks

I think he removed his engine and just took it in and said "here it is, fix her" so the parts would have been through Polaris.
