Look on the side of the carb. There should be a large screw(larger than all the other screws on the carb) it has a big head on it with ridges on it. Screw that screw in (or out?, cant remember) a little(like 1/2 time around or more) while the quad is running and in neutral. Listen to it to see if the idle goes up, set it to where you want it. Hope this helps!

Remember, you will need to adjust the ETC switch after you adjust the idle screw.

On the HO they have added a tube that becomes a screw extension. Take the plastic side covers off both sides. You can see it from the right side coming off the carb and then making a turn to the left side. On the left side of the frame you'll see the tube with a screw head in it. Turn left to decrease idle speed, right to increase. I really don't think you have a problem with it being to low. Check you linkage adjustment.
