i have a 2002 trailblazer, and its blue, and they are a bunch of little scratches where i put my feet when i was crossing water. It looks like there is dust on it and when i wash it its gone, but when it dries, they are back. any tips on how to get them out. Oh yea, and tips on how to get those annoying warning stickers off? thanx

Platcis renew. It's a lot of work. You need to wet sand it and use the steel wool that come in the package. Then you use their finishing polish to bring it back. GET ALL OF THE SCRATCHES OUT it is will not shine up. Steel wool is great for this and it comes with it. I did it to my Scrambler and it turned out pretty nice. Its took a few hours to get it done though.

Don't waste your time. It is only new once. If you must then clean and dry it. Then use a propane torch to heat the plastic. It will melt the surface of the plastic and bring the shine back. Then hit it with mop-and-glo floor wax. Plastic renew is a waste of money. I can get better results with this method.

Nevermind then. Blowtorch it.

I liked how mine came out and most auto body guys (now me) like wet sanding too.
