i live in 4000+ altitude and would like to know the jetting for a trailblazer(with hpd pipe). also hpd says you have to run 92 octane, but all that is around is 91 octane. will that hurt the performace of my atv?

My service manual for a 99TB says.

carb settings----air temp1. 0-3000 / 40-80 deg. 130 main jet2. 3000-6000 / 40-80 deg. 120 main jet

clutch settings:-shift weight----clutch weight----driven helix 1. 0-3000------------G----------blue/green---------2-22. 3000-6000---------G----------blue/green---------2-1

If you have a HPD pipe and clutch kit and for example yours has a 150
main jet. I would go to a 140 main jet.
I hope this helps!

Talonhawk,
One more thing. How about the needle clip? HPD says 4th from the top, will that be ok?

The needle clip position is ok. I was just using the main jet
setting as an example. Make sure you take your main jet out
and see what size it is before you get a smaller size. They
don't cost very much so I would get a few smaller and a few
bigger!
