I have two 99 sportsmans and when we went riding the other day one stopped running after about 3 hours of riding. It would start for about 30 seconds and then shut off and let it sit for a while and it would do the same thing. I know it could be floats sticking, machine overheating, stator shorting, ..... Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and what fixed it. Since then it has ran fine in 30 minute runs but am afraid to take it on another long ride.
Thank You
Michael Blackledge

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!
